Its primary objective is to be the country's locus of the most innovative real estate technologies that have the greatest impact on people and the environment.

3. Who are the founding members and advisors of the Consortium?

The founding member organizations include SHDA, OSHDP, NREA, PSSEA, ASEP, REBAP, NHMFC, PRA, and the FinTech Philippines Association. The Consortium is also advised by the IFC, World Bank, ERC, and DHSUD, and maintains international partnerships with HKPTA, PropTech Vietnam Network, Malaysia PropTech Association, Asia PropTech, and PropTech for Good.

On January 18, 2022, the Consortium signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the DHSUD and DOE to incentivize socialized housing units integrated with solar power.

An MOU was also signed with Pag-IBIG to support them in their digitalization objective of the housing loan process to provide fast processing.
