About Us
The PropTech Consortium of the Philippines, Inc. was officially incorporated on August 27, 2021. We serve as an institutional vehicle to initiate, advocate, promote, develop, operate, manage, and finance programs, projects, studies, and researches in the real estate indutry. Our primary objective is to be the country's locus of the most innovative real estate technologies that have the greatest impact on people and the environment.
We are backed by a powerful network of industry leaders. Our founding member organizations include SHDA, OSHDAP, NREA, PSSEA, ASEP, REBAP, NHMFC, PRA, and the FinTech Philippines Association. Furthermore, we are privileged to be advised by the IFC, World Bank, ERC, and DHSUD, while maintaining robust international partnerships with the HKPTA, PropTech Vietnam Network, Malaysia PropTech Association, Asia PropTech, and PropTech for Good.
Since our inception, we have driven tangible change, highlighted by our January 18, 2022, Memorandum of Understanding with the DHSUD and DOE to incentivize socialized housing units integrated with solar power. Today, we continue to aim to elevate and enhance societal quality of life through the integration of sustainable, resilient, smart, and innovative technologies in real estate.
